  What a gem this place is, absolutely love it. I walk out of Trisensa feeling totally refreshed after a big day at the office. The therapists are really good at understanding what you need and it's always a welcoming, clean and cosy environment.

  What an unprofessional place to go. We went in there for a relaxing couples massage for our anniversary. Relaxing.... Yeah right. The masseuse was way too hard even after asking like 5 times to be softer. Being a "couples massage" we had two therapists in there who continuously talked and laughed the whole way thru.....2hrs..... Totally unprofessional. At the end we were made to pay more than we were quoted over the phone. Won't be going back that's for sure

  While all the staff were polite, they don't have appropriate business practices for a massage parlor, I wouldn't go back.

  I walked into the massage room which had very dimmed lights, and I turned the lights up so I could see (I had just walked in from outside where it was sunny); I realised the towels on the bed had not been changed from the last person who had been in, and possibly from even before then, they were very dirty. They did change the towels when I asked, but didn't offer profuse apologises which I was expecting.

  I have become a regular at this little oasis in Kennedy St. Pinnie and all the staff never fail to provide outstanding, friendly service and fantastic massages in a very clean and serene environment. They have recently introduced facials and body scrubs, everything on offer is very reasonably priced. Keep up the good work Trisensa!!

  I noticed the lady giving me the massage had the exact same technique as the first lady that had given me the massage, when I asked her to avoid my neck (which had recently been injured) she didn't follow my instructions even though I asked her twice.

  Also, usually massage places tell you about the oil etc they're going to use on your body, this place didn't even ask about any injuries or medical conditions before we went in, let alone tell you about the products they use.

  Sadly, while I had a great first experience, the second time I went there was not nice.
