  This place is up there with the worst receptions in Australia. The technical staff are ok, but you'd have more luck with Hodor at the desk.

  I love and trust the people here, since moving from Canberra to Maitland I still keep Glenn Dillon as my primary physician and travel down to see him, shy of an emergency....I can find no finer practitioner and after twenty years, the relationship of trust is not something that is an everyday occurrence. I can honestly say he is one of the few peoples that I can truly trust with my life.

  Terrible experience with one of the doctors there. Didn't what he was doing, I had to ask him to clean my wound with alcohol as he was going to apply bandaid straight on it without cleaning. Was a simple 5 minute job and yet got charged full price.

  Been going there for 15 years, since before they changed hands from the former Kingston Family Surgery. Don't have any complaints at all. Reception is fine, the doctors are all great. I have only ever had good service, and I will continue to go there.

  An average of 1h30 to 2h wait with booking! Poor time management and bad Reception service. Would not recommend.
