    Promised lunch on website but was closed when i went. Did get awesome pizzas at another time though!

    So I ordered a vegan half and half pizza which I have enjoyed numerous times from the Casuarina store in Darwin. As a vegan it is not always easy to find take away options so when franchises offer them it is a real treat. Crust Kingston has just ruined it for me however. It arrived 40 minutes late and it was bone cold. Stuck in the boot of the incompetant delivery driver's boot. I watched him as he pulled up out front of my apartment. He was in no rush to do anything. It also didn't have the additional topping of chopped fresh chilli I requested and paid for. Also the amount of topping was not even half of what I am accustomed to from the previous store. The store is obvioussly aware of this as they offered to refund my money no questions asked. I will never order from them again.

    Placed an order to pick up, told 20min. Waited with tired children in the restaurant for 40min being told, just one minute and it will be ready, for them to finally realise it was sitting there all along. Now cold. :(
